Aggregator Mineral Buyer (AMB #1)

The problem I solved: What if AMB #1 received a strong, unsolicited offer to buy their assets? They weren't organized and ready to sell. Until now.

Over a 2 month period, Mineral Math, LLC cleaned up they portfolio of mineral and royalty assets across the Haynesville and Eagleford unconventional basins.

The end result from a comprehensive well list (producing, DUCs, permits, and undeveloped locations) expanding across their entire portfolio. Additionally each of these wells in the inventory list matched a unit name and corresponding tract NRI and NRA. Together this organized inventory allows them to have a comprehensive understanding of their ownership by tract, unit, and well.

Mineral Interest Seller (MIS #1)

The problem I solved: Seller receives checks each month but doesn't know how to sell their assets

Over a 24-hour period, Mineral Math worked with the seller's information from revenue check stubs and Division Orders (DO) to put together a Fair Market Value (FMV) summary. We then talked through bidding scenarios we're expecting from the market. These expectations were a little lower than the seller thought. So we continued to discuss where higher bidders might find value in the package. We agreed on a value in between and were able to get this asset under contract collecting a success fee at closing.
