A: Free consultation always available. Let's discuss your assets, strategies, and goals. All engagements at Mineral Math start as a free consultation and the long term goal is to partner with our customers. We're not simply an hourly consultancy that remains disconnected from our patrons.
Q: Who uses Mineral Math, LLC currently?
Mineral Math specializes in supporting firms involved in the acquisition and divestiture of mineral and royalty. If you’re looking to sell your assets, we can assist in maximizing your sale price. For those focused on buying assets, we offer comprehensive evaluations of incoming assets, help organize your existing portfolio for future sales, and collaborate to enhance our databases of your tracts and units. Q: With the revenue forecasting, do you also provide basic engineering, for instance Decline Curve Analysis (DCA)?
A: Absolutely, we will ask you during the consultative pre-project call about all aspects of your project.
We want to see all information that you have available to make the best evaluations possible. This includes (if available) Lease Operating Statements (LOS), revenue checks, land ownership summary, tract information, and any other pertinent information to quick assess your assets.
We will create several development scenarios and do risk assessments to come up with a range of outcomes. We will walk you through our fair market value report results over a video conference and make adjustments accordingly.
Q: What shouldn't I partner with Mineral Math?
